Sky Watch - 8

Few weeks back we went rock climbing to see some old relics in a village called Aretippur near Bangalore. It rained heavily and after the rains subsided we climbed the hillock there. The white in the foreground is actually the wet rock and little bit of carelessness could take us sliding few meters down. :)

Beautiful and wet rock look's like ice - it must be slippery!

Cool photos. There's so much detail when you click and enlarge them. Must have been quite a tricky climb.

Indrani great pics as usual . And I particularly liked the one of the Mahavir idol . You must have had a great time despite the rains I am sure. :)

Very interesting collection of photos on both your blogs. They give me a different perspective on that part of India. I esp. liked the old statues against the sky. Are you in aerospace engineering? We've had a team at Bangalore from Long Beach recently at Tata.
