Mallard

Camera Critters

I shot at this mallard...
I mean with my camera. Isn't it looking beautiful?

Ducks have no blood vessels or nerves in their feet, so they can't feel cold even in frigid water. Interesting, huh?

The Elephant Family

The Elephant family at Mysore zoo. Do click on it to view an enlarged image. :) What we got to see here was a chained family. I wish I could book seats in flights to south africa to see a free elephant family. Elephants that can roam around free and don't feel the threat of humans.

Feeding Time For The Giraffes

This shot was taken during a recent trip to Mysore zoo. The giraffes were very hungry I guess, as soon as the food was served in those trays the giraffes got busy. I waited for the moment when they both would lower their necks at the same time.
