of all the indian sweets this is my least favorite :). i think the syrup turns me off, but i'd rather take the milky concoctions over these.

are these gulab jamun?

A facebook friend described how after declaring is dislike of Jalebi was served 60 of them on his plate at langar, but felt the only respectful thing he could do was to eat them all. We had to explain that looking up and shaking his head might have been interpreted as more rather than no more lol. So my caption is "R.E.S.P.E.C.T. find out what that means to me... Jelebiiiiiiiii" :P
