4'o'Clock Flowers

These shots were taken during the long walks we took last weekend. These four'o'clock flowers were in full bloom. They bloom at four in the evening and by six they wither away. Once you see the blooming flowers you know it is past four in the evening and when you see them withering away you know it is time to get back home. :)

I remember these 4 o'clock flowers! I used to play with them when I was a primary school student. :)

I remember as a kid being told to "come in when the streetlights came on." I wonder if mothers where this grows ever say, "Be back here when the Four o'clock flowers wilt!" Love this post!

These grew next to my house when I was a child. When I moved into my new apartment about three months ago, I discoverd them growing right out back! I transplanted a seedling indoors and it's growing fast. I have it right in the window.
