It is well known that we Portuguese once sailed the seven seas searching for new lands, wealth and adventures. We were brave in those days and gave the world new worlds!
Luckily I don’t have to sail the big oceans on a small ship to sea the wonders of our world … No Sir, I just need to check with Mr. Tom, the finest host there is, for a trip around the world with SKY WATCH TOURS and with a click here, a click there I am quickly in the USA, England, Brazil, Italy, China, Australia, Finland … well, everywhere.
And on each stop I come to see a little marvel of our world under a great sky! Hope you can come and see my piece of the sky at lenses & visions
Great catch for SWF! God and Nature first made us what we are, and then out of our own created genius we make ourselves what we want to be. Follow always that great law. Let the sky and God be our limit and Eternity our measurement.... Happy weekend! Mine's up too hope you can drop by.... here
Marvelous view ... reminds me of my drive to Taos, NM last summer. I participated in Sky Watch for the first time at Small Reflections this week with a view from my front patio. Hugs and blessings,

beautiful countryside. nice landscape!
My Sky Watch Friday posts
A landscape foreign to me, beautiful in it's starkness.
Beautiful view! Great sky watch photo :)
Looks like good dragonfly and butterfly country!
I wonder where this is? I like mountains and hills. This landscape appeals to my imagination.
Perfect entry for skywatch... all I can say is that "you'll be the sun in somebody else's sky"...LoL! Mine's up too hope you can drop by...
Such a lonesome place. You could spend time here and not think of much else except the beauty that you have captured.
I think this is the best Sky Watch Friday yet. The things I have seen are very encouraging and the photography is spot on.
I really admire your photography choices and your critical eye for composition, lighting and texture.

Reminds me of my own mountains so for me a lovley homely image.
There is a real sense of being away from it all in this! Lovely!
That is a beautiful peak! God bless.
"Hills, clouds and peace" Sounds really good to me. Especially the peace.
Looks like a wonderful place to take a hike.
Wish I could go for a walk in this photo.

I like the dry openness of the landscape, reminds me of South Africa.
It looks hot and dry in the foreground with perhaps a chance at rain in the distance. An interesting shaped hill too!
Happy weekend!
nice shots, one day i will join here.
Care to xlinks, please?
