Back home after cropping the image, I asked my daughter to make some meaning out of the sign. She cooly replied, "No speeding for boys. They must stop and girls can speed on." I am not sure whether the designer of the sign meant exactly the same and you are free to interpret it the way you wish.

Could it mean "Caution! Boys getting up and down the bus. STOP and give the boys right of way?" A school bus will have both boys and girls.
